PAYMENT TERMS

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance to be paid upon arrival.

CANCELLATION TERMS

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation is a contract between us, the accommodation, and yourselves.

Should you cancel your reservation the following charges will apply:

  • If cancelled 10 or more nights prior to the scheduled arrival date – A full refund will be apply
  • If cancelled 0 – 9 days prior to arrival – the 30% deposit remains as your cancellation fee.
  • In case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

CHILD AND EXTRA BED POLICY

These policies define how we accommodate children and the availability of extra beds;

All children are welcome.
All children from 3 to 7 years stay free of charge when sharing existing bed.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge in baby cots.
Baby cots need to be ordered ahead of time to ensure availability.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

As an offshore destination, air and ferry services are occasionally affected by adverse weather conditions. In such instances the terms and conditions outlined above still apply. We therefore strongly recommend that adequate travel insurance is obtained, prior to departure, to guard against any costs arising from cancellations, late arrivals or early departures.
