“Fistikaki” is our on site,family run restaurant and the place where we
like to share many wonderful flavors and genuine nature gifts, our motherland Greece so generously offers us.
In our kitchen we use only freshest local ingredients; top quality meats, fresh fish and vegetables, local herbs, pistachio nuts, pure olive oil and honey.
During the day our guests can enjoy fresh fruit juices, fresh salads, light snacks, ice cream, frappe’ (iced coffee) and other hot and cold beverages.
Dinner starts at sunset, featuring a “daily special” along with mouthwatering starters, fresh salads and top quality grilled meats.
Fresh fish is a true delight; a “day’s catch” from the local fishing boats to the barbecue grill. Fresh fish must be ordered at least one day in advance.
Mrs. Anthoula, is a family member and a passionate master chef of the Greek cuisine.
She has been mastering our kitchen since 2004, always eager to please our guests with her wonderful cooking.
Fresh & Delicious, in season vegetables are traditionally cooked and regularly served at Kavos Bay.
Our Organic Fine House Wine is something we brag about. It’s traditionally made from
sun-ripe Corinthian grapes and good to the last drop. Always served at Kavos Bay, while quantity lasts.
What is Fistiki – Fistikaki???
“Fistiki” is the Greek word for pistachio nut and “Fistikaki” is baby pistachio.
Pistachio trees are cultivated all over Aegina and produce the tastiest pistachio nuts
around. We often use fresh pistachios in salads, pastries and exclusive main dishes.
