We cook for our guests as we cook for ourselves.
Mrs. Anthoula is a family member and a passionate master chef of Greek cuisine. She has been delighting guests with her delicious homemade specialties for almost two decades.
In our kitchen, we use only the freshest and finest local ingredients: Top quality meats and cheeses, fresh fish and vegetables, local herbs and spices, extra virgin olive oil, and pure Greek honey.
During the day our guests can enjoy fresh fruit, juices, salads, light snacks, ice cream, iced coffee (frappe’), and other hot and cold drinks at Kavos Bay.
Dinner begins at sunset and features the “Daily Special” along with delicious appetizers, fresh salads, and grilled meats of the highest quality.
Fresh fish is a pure delight – the “catch of the day” from the local fishing boats to the grill. Please remember that fresh fish must be ordered a day in advance.
A variety of seasonal vegetables and legumes are traditionally cooked and served regularly. Vegans and vegetarians are welcome to try our dishes or pre-order their favorites at no extra charge.
Our organic house wine is something to brag about. It is a delicious wine traditionally made from sun-ripened Corinthian grapes and is refreshing to the last drop. Chilled Greek Beer and spirits are also available. As we say in Greek, “YIAMAS!”
